Korn Style Minor 2nd Riff
Hey Korn fans,
Today we’re going to learn about one of the harshest intervals in music, the minor 2nd. This involves playing two notes that are only a half step away at the same time, so there is a lot of tension. But, depending on how you voice this interval, it can sound quite beautiful, or in this case, super heavy. Often in metal, grinding sounds are actually desirable, and the minor second is a great way to achieve that.
