Fingerpicking Thumb Movement
Hey fingerpickers,
Today we’re going to learn a technique involved in fingerpicking: the concept of moving your thumb to different strings as the chords change. Remember, your thumb should always pluck the lowest note of your chord, so as the chords change, it’s important to keep the thumb associated with the lowest string. We’ll show you how to do this and give you an exercise to practice.
