Bryan Adams Style Major Scale Riff

By Darren DeFranco

Welcome to another lesson guys!

The major scale has absolutely limitless potential, so all we can really do is scratch the surface of its possibilities. One approach people use towards the major scale is to play two notes at once. This really helps fill out the sound and can give a simple riff some much needed beef. Bryan Adams used this a lot in the 80′s, and today we’re going to learn a riff that demonstrated his approach.

Enjoy the lesson guy!

Get this riff as perfect as possible and you’ll be ready to move on!
