Barred 7th Sus Chords

Hey guys,

Few chords out there are as mysterious as the sus 7 chords. They are complex, intriguing, and really draw you in as a listener. The barred shapes are very common and sound great to mix with a dominant 7th chords of the same root. This is a classic trick used by bands like The Beatles, The Who, or even Jeff Buckley.

Memorize these new chords shapes and be able to play them confidently. Then, quiz yourself by being able to identify and play the following chords: A7sus4, D7sus2, G#7sus4, E7sus4.
